In thé summer months of 1996, three 9th-graders acquired produced a guarantee that one day they'll develop an plane and unravel the tower's mystery, but their task was forgotten after the girl, Sayuri Sawatari, started experiencing sleeping sickness and moved to Tokyo for much better therapy. A gigantic yet secret tower has been built at Hokkaido and could be seen clearly from Aomori (thé northernmost prefecture óf Honshu) across Tsugáru Strait.
Plot Overview: In an alternate timeline, Japan was separated after dropping World Battle II: Hokkaido had been annexed by 'Partnership' while Honshu and additional southern islands had been under US sovereignty.
